Are the fragrances authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We purchase full-sized bottles directly from authorized retailers or the brands themselves and carefully decant them into smaller spray vials.
What is a fragrance decant?
A decant is a smaller bottle filled with perfume from an original manufacturer's bottle. This allows you to try luxury scents at a fraction of the cost of a full bottle.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Can I return a sample if I don't like the scent?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances. We recommend starting with a smaller size if you are unsure about a specific scent.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or store credit immediately.
