At Scent Split, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fragrance journey and offer returns on unopened, original packaging items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the hygiene nature of our products, decanted samples and opened bottles are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, sealed packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box with protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
